What started as a passion for beauty has grown into a business that continues to develop, with an ever-growing treatment menu and a loyal community of clients. At the heart of The Hidden Jem is a simple belief: beauty treatments should be personal. Every client should feel listened to, respected and completely comfortable, with treatments chosen around their individual needs rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

I take great pride in creating a warm, welcoming and relaxed environment where clients can enjoy their treatments and take some much-needed time for themselves. Building genuine relationships with clients is one of the things I value most about running The Hidden Jem. Seeing clients leave feeling happier, more confident and excited about their results is what makes the hard work worthwhile.

I am passionate about continuing to learn and develop within the beauty and aesthetics industry. I regularly build on my knowledge, skills and treatment offering so that The Hidden Jem can continue to provide a professional and varied service while keeping up with the ever-changing world of beauty, skin and aesthetics.

My treatments now range from lashes, brows and semi-permanent makeup through to advanced skin and aesthetic treatments, including skin boosters, collagen lift treatments, radio frequency skin tightening, microneedling, skin peels, fat-dissolving treatments, lip enhancement and anti-wrinkle treatments.
